Our approach is client centered.
We aim to create an interactive dynamic to improve our understanding of your concerns, experience, and perspectives. This enables us to ensure that we present advice that is well-considered, build a case informed by all the relevant facts and tailor a strategy that best fits your personal or business circumstances. We believe this helps to engender mutual trust, respect and rapport. We are results driven and will work in collaboration with you, our client, to deliver the best possible outcome with solutions that are both practical and affordable.

She brings nearly twenty-five years experience and proven success, helping individuals, small business, and private and public sector clients achieve practical results, meet organizational goals and objectives, and accomplish project/contract deliverables.
Delphine also brings a wealth of project management experience in multiple areas with prominence in land use, development and municipal building approval processes. She has collaborated with municipal representatives to facilitate and expedite site plan approvals and agreements, building permit and various land use applications. She has an exceptional success record representing numerous organizations in appearances before municipal councils, planning committees and committees of adjustment throughout Northeastern and Central Ontario in various rezoning, variance and consent applications, and official plan amendments, many of which involved difficult "not-in-my-backyard" (NIBMY) challenges.
Delphine's extensive background in project, contract and organizational management and her working knowledge of statutory and regulatory law that governs the Ontario workplace, affords her with the required skills to guide and assist small and medium size businesses with related policy development, compliance and risk mitigation. She delivers her work in this area guided by principles in change management.
